The location of the accommodation was perfect for our city trip, being both secluded and close to all the main attractions. the facilities offered were excellent, having everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the stunning gardens which were well maintained. One more advantage was the assistance we received from the friendly staff who gave us great recommendations on local restaurants and activities.
Our experience was dampened by the poor service we received from the staff during check-in. We had a few issues with our reservation and the staff seemed unprepared to handle it, leaving us waiting and confused for an extended period.

Value for money was excellent, with generous rooms, comfortable showers, and a self-catering kitchen that runs on gas and is not affected by power outages. The staff at this B&B in Swellendam were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my mother's stay was safe, comfortable, and happy.
The breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

This guesthouse is located relatively close to the town centre and on the edge of town, making it convenient for going out and exploring. the main street is easily accessible, and there are opportunities to enjoy the surrounding fields. the rooms are clean and cozy but lack basic amenities. the bathroom is nothing special, and the breakfast is standard. There is nothing outstanding about the service or view.

The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff were also friendly and willing to assist with any queries. the location was quite convenient as it was close to many attractions and shops.
The bathroom was in poor condition and the shower head was barely functioning. the bed was quite uncomfortable and left me with a stiff back the next morning.

We loved our stay in this hotel as it was located in a peaceful neighborhood, while still being quite close to the city centre. The hotel facilities were great, as we enjoyed the small splash pool on the premises. Our room was also very clean and had a small kitchenette which was a plus. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful during our stay. Additionally, we had a lovely time at the nearby restaurant which provided a great breakfast.
Can't think of anything.
